01 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") are entered into between olbet ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," "your") who accesses or uses the gaming platform operated at olbet.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

olbet is a gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government authority responsible for overseeing gaming activities within the Republic of the Philippines. The Platform operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine legislation, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended, and all applicable PAGCOR implementing rules and regulations.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered Player account on the Platform, identified by the Player's Philippine mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other non-cash benefit credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an olbet promotional offer.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, instant game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on the Platform using Account funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to the Player's designated payment method.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and age verification processes required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the olbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
3. You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during use of the Platform, or you are a Filipino citizen whose registered GCash or Maya account is based in the Philippines;
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of olbet or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or service partners;
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the olbet Platform or issued by PAGCOR;
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
7. Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

olbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by olbet may result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent Account closure.

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the olbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name as it appears on a Philippine government-issued identification document, your active Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.

3.2 KYC Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended, olbet is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and such other documentation as olbet may reasonably request. KYC verification is a one-time process per Account and is typically completed within one (1) to two (2) business days of document submission.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. olbet will never request your password through any channel. You must notify olbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. olbet shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting olbet customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC procedures and clearance of any pending bonus wagering requirements. olbet reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

olbet accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) via Instapay or PESONet, BDO Unibank via Instapay or PESONet, Metrobank via Instapay or PESONet, and approved cryptocurrency channels including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from olbet's operational capital in compliance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for GCash and Maya transfers. Bank transfer timing is subject to Instapay and PESONet processing windows. olbet does not impose any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which olbet is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal exceeding ₱5,000, and is required as a one-time process per Account. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawal processing times are five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to forty-five (45) minutes via Instapay during banking hours.

olbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory review. Withdrawals of amounts requiring Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) filing under Republic Act No. 9160 will be subject to mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

4.3 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, payouts, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are converted from PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of withdrawal initiation.

05 Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All Games available on the olbet Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers in professionally equipped studios. RNG systems are independently audited on a rolling basis by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games are published within each game's information panel and are available to all registered Players.

5.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a Game, olbet reserves the right to void any Wager placed during the affected period. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, olbet reserves the right to recover the erroneously credited amount from the Player's Account. olbet shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of Platform technical issues, including but not limited to server outages, internet connectivity failures, or third-party provider disruptions. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

5.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to separate sports book rules governing event validity, void conditions, in-play betting procedures, and result settlement. In all cases of ambiguity regarding settlement, olbet's determination shall be final and binding. olbet reserves the right to void any sports bet placed after an event result has been officially announced, regardless of Platform latency or display delays.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers extended by olbet are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail. olbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

6.2 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback credits under the olbet VIP program are calculated on net losses over the applicable weekly period and are issued every Monday. VIP cashback credits carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately upon crediting. Eligibility for each VIP tier is determined by verified wagering volume in the preceding calendar month. olbet reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and associated benefits at any time upon reasonable notice to affected Players.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses may only be used for placing Wagers on the Platform and may not be directly withdrawn unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms. olbet reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or violation of these Terms. Multiple accounts used in conjunction to exploit promotional offers will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Protection Tools

olbet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players through the Account Settings panel without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon activation. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable play session duration reminders that prompt a conscious decision to continue or stop.
• Loss Alerts: Notifications triggered when cumulative session losses exceed a Player-defined threshold.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary Account access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon activation.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited suspension of Account access, effective immediately. Minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days. Self-exclusion may be extended at any time; requests to lift a self-exclusion early will not be honored during the original exclusion period.

7.2 Underage Gaming Prevention

olbet strictly prohibits Account registration and gameplay by individuals under the age of 21. olbet employs identity verification procedures and may request government-issued identification at any time to confirm Player age. Where an Account is found to have been registered by or accessed by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olbet Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of all Account funds, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to olbet:

• Registration of more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Abusing promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity or other fraudulent means;
• Facilitating access by or wagering on behalf of any person who is subject to a self-exclusion order or who is under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any conduct that damages, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on olbet's technical infrastructure;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the Platform's geographic access controls or KYC procedures.

olbet cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council in any investigation relating to suspected prohibited conduct on the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the olbet Platform, including but not limited to the olbet name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of olbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any olbet intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, olbet's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if olbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Section shall limit olbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

olbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection and processing of your personal data — including identity documents, mobile number, transaction history, and device information — is necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations under Philippine law.

Full details of olbet's data collection practices, retention periods, Player data rights (including the right to access, correction, and erasure), and third-party data sharing arrangements are set out in the olbet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact olbet customer support through the official support channels. olbet's customer support team will use reasonable endeavors to resolve disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it may be escalated to olbet's compliance team for further review.

Disputes regarding game outcomes and wager settlement that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding.

12.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

olbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification within the Platform and, where practicable, by SMS to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to initiate Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Effective" date shown in the Table of Contents governs your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior versions.
